The application form for all private students was released by the CBSE Board on 12 September 2024. After this, the candidates can finally apply till 16 October 2024 without any additional late fee, and after that, the application can be done online from 18 to 24 October 2024 with a late fee.
Under CBSE Private Candidate Exam 2025 Important Dates, the admit card of all CBSE board private candidates will be issued about 15 days before the examination in February 2025. And the examination will start about 10 to 20 days after the release of the admit card. By May 2025, the results of classes 10 and 12 of private candidates will be released.

Private Candidates Fees for Filing Application fee
Indian candidates will be charged a total of ₹1500 i.e. ₹300 for each subject for filling the private candidate application form by the CBSE board. And for students coming from outside India, ₹10000 will be charged for five subjects.
And Rs 2000 will be charged for each extra subject. Under the Private Candidates Fees for Filing Application fee, additional compartment or improvement exam fee without late fee will be ₹300 for Indian students and ₹2000 for outside students.
While for practical fees, one hundred and fifty rupees will be per subject for each practical or project work and 350 rupees per subject for outside students, And the private student examination form fee will be Rs 2000 per candidate including late fee.
