On the day of Dev Uthani Ekadashi, first of all, you should take a vow to fast by taking a bath before sunrise. On this day, you should clean not only the puja room but the whole house. After this, you should put a stool and place the idol of Lord Vishnu and Mother Lakshmi on it, and then decorate it with flowers and make rangoli around it. According to Ekadashi 2024 Puja Vidhi, now before dressing Lord Vishnu in yellow clothes, you should anoint him with Gangajal, milk, honey, ghee, curd, etc. 

After this, you should offer panchamrit to the Lord. Keep in mind that Tulsi leaves must be added to the Panchamrit because, without Tulsi leaves, the Lord cannot get the Prasad. It is said that the marriage of Tulsi is also performed on Ekadashi, November 2024. Therefore, you should get the marriage of Tulsi and Lord Shaligram performed. After the completion of the puja, you should distribute the offerings among the devotees of the Lord.
