Gaganyaan Mission Purpose

India is a country that has a very old and rich heritage regarding stars and galaxies. Today the time has come when India is going to leave many countries behind in making new inventions in astronomy. India will soon take steps towards becoming the third largest space economy.

Under the Gaganyaan mission Purpose, India has created a very vibrant space ecosystem to open the space sector to private industries. He said that we are working even harder to create all these enabling mechanisms through which it will be easy for ISRO to work with the company.

The ISRO chief clarified that in the last 10 years, India has made a lot of progress towards self-reliance. And more progress is yet to be made. Because much of the equipment used in the space sector is still imported from outside.
