Who Can Claim?
You’re eligible to file a claim if you fit into any of these categories:
Domestic Travelers (Canada): Paid for the first checked bag on flights between October 29, 2014, and July 29, 2017.
International Travelers: Paid for the first checked bag on flights between January 6, 2016, and February 27, 2019.
